Our Unique Approach to Coaching
One of the fundamental pieces of successful change resilience is sitting with another human and feeling heard, being seen. This is also a foundation of coaching. To this we bring a loss informed approach: a specific understanding of how humans process change that enables us to support the individual in all aspects of the change and finding their own way through it.
We incorporate our 3 C’s: Courage, Curiosity and Compassion as a basis of moving through change as an individual, and later supporting others to develop their own process.
We call it emotional hygiene.
Coaching packages are six or twelve sessions, one on one with a highly trained coach.
