Consulting Programs

Consulting projects are uniquely designed for each organization. Overall, we assess the change preparedness of the organization, offer recommendations for how to develop change resilience, and deliver training in Change Preparedness and Change Resilience. If desired, we do a pre-post assessment at the organizational level and team level to show the impact of change with the benefit of these tools.

The Certified Change Agent Course (CCA)  

Using learners’ real-world change situations, this course provides a deep and meaningful exploration into the principles of change and change management and the role of a change agent in the organization. Upon completion of the three-step qualification process including the course, exam, and final project, learners will be granted the internationally recognized CCA accreditation.

Learning & Development Programs

Whether personal or professional, positive or negative, self-initiated or imposed, change can feel very uncomfortable, which often makes things more challenging to deal with. This enlightening and interactive module takes a brain-based approach and draws on learners’ lived experiences to introduce the concept of change and how it impacts us physically, emotionally, and socially. Learners will leave with strategies for better managing, and leveraging, change in ourselves and others, and how to manage changes at work.

"When leaders of an educational institution approached Blue Morpho to work with their staff to adjust to the changes Covid had thrust upon them, we created a series of sessions tailored to their unique context. Working one on one with the leaders, we first addressed their own uncertainty, so that they could process their response to the changes and support their staff from a place of calm and strength. We then worked with staff. Through training and discussion, helped them process the changes and develop some resiliency so that they could work together to develop creative solutions for delivering programming under the new restrictions.
